HARLEY QUINN INVADES COMIC CON INTERNATIONAL SAN DIEGO #1 by Amanda Conner and Paul Mounts

It would be hard not to have HARLEY QUINN INVADES COMIC CON INTERNATIONAL SAN DIEGO #1 by Amanda Conner and Paul Mounts on this list, since Comic Con is next week. Luckily, this cover is pretty awesome, so it doesn't feel forced. Conner's work along with Mounts' colors really shine here.

SQUIDDER #1 by Ben Templesmith

Next up is SQUIDDER #1 by Ben Templesmith. There's one way to describe Templesmith's art, especially in this case: haunting. The colors look really nice and flow really well on this cover.

HARBINGER #25 by Jenny Frison

Next up is HARBINGER #25 by Jenny Frison. It's hard not to have a Best Covers of the Week without having Jenny Frison's art appear at least once. Frison really captures the emotion and story of this past arc here.

JUDGE DREDD #21 by James Biggie

Here's JUDGE DREDD #21 by James Biggie. This one really caught our eye. It's a perfect set-up for the whole series and the overall design is simple but pretty awesome.

BATWOMAN #33 by Rafael Albuquerque

Next up is BATWOMAN #33 by Rafael Albuquerque. We love how Batwoman blends into the darkness here and the limited color palate really makes this cover pop out.

THE WICKED + THE DIVINE #2 by Jamie McKelvie and Matthew Wilson

Finally, here's THE WICKED + THE DIVINE #2 by Jamie McKelvie and Matthew Wilson. Wilson's colors are wonderful on this issue and is the reason that this cover made the list, without taking anything away from McKelive's design.

There was no clear winner with the picks on Twitter this week. Every reply was for a different book, so here's the coolest one, that wasn't on our list, the you guys picked as best cover.

ELEKTRA #4 by Michael Del Mundo

Your Twitter pick was ELEKTRA #4 by Michael Del Mundo. It was going to be on our list anyway because this is such a fantastic cover. Del Mundo once again does a great job with his cover work.
