Diamond Comic Distributors is excited to reveal the commemorative shirt for Free Comic Book Day 2015 has been designed by fan favorite comic book artist Amanda Conner. The T-Shirt will be available for pre-order from comic book shops starting in January and is featured in the January issue of Diamond's PREVIEWS catalog. Critically acclaimed comic artist and illustrator Amanda Conner has been designing comic book art for over 20 years and is most recognized for her DC Comic's series work on Powergirl, Before Watchmen: Silk Spectre, and Harley Quinn. Amanda was assisted in creating the FCBD 2015 T-shirt by comic book colorist Paul Mounts. For over 25 years, Paul has been involved in the comic book industry creating memorable artwork as seen in the Before Watchmen: Silk Spectre series, Marvel's Ultimates books and Tellos.

Amanda's FCBD artwork represents the diversity of comic book readers and how they are brought together by a love for reading great stories in a fun, unique art form. "I remembered what many of us comic book readers actually are… frustrated super-heroes," Amanda said about her inspiration for her FCBD design. "I thought about making a piece of art that would resemble a super-hero insignia. Hopefully when you see it from a distance, that’s what it looks like."

The FCBD T-shirt will be available in black and navy in adult sizes Small to XXL (MSRP: $14.99-$17.99) and in youth sizes Small to Large (MSRP: $11.99). Women's V-neck T-shirts will be also be available for the first time in sizes Small to XL (MSRP: $14.99-$17.99). Amanda's artwork will also be available as a commemorative poster to remember the fun and excitement of 2015's FCBD festivities.
