Ash finds himself back at the cabin that started it all. He finds himself looking for what is tieing the Deadites to his world, he knows that if he breaks the connection the Deadites have to his world he will see Sheila once again.
He is attack by a woman from the cellar. She turns out to be the professor who found the Necronomicon's wife. He beats her and realises that it is the professor who is keeping the Deadites connected. He destroys the tape player that contains the professor's voice. This makes the cabin crashes down, burying Ash.
Just when everything look over for Ash Sheila's spirte pulls Ash out of the rumble. She tell him that to save her he needs to destroy the Deadites in all there forms. After that she dissappears leaving Ash to wonder what to do next.
Meanwhile in New York fallowing the Monster War, Hellsing finds Dracula's severed head and mistakenly bring him back to life.
