Arctic Blue

The Arctic Blue are a relatively small group of Blue that live only in the waters of the north. They retain the ability to turn into water, but seem to have traded their hydrokinesis for the ability to manipulate ice. Some can only control naturally formed ice while others are able to make their own and fire it from their hands. Vana, the leader of the Arctic Blue, demonstrated the ability to turn herself into ice, but this isn't something all Arctic Blue can do. Their technology is similar, if not identical, to that of the Blue. One difference that the two groups semm to have is their armor. The Arctic Blue sport armor with poisonous quills that can be fired off into enemies. Since this group of Blue is even more isolated from humans, they don't seem to have any problems with them.
