    The second volume of Appleseed takes place right after Deunan and Briareos are integrated into Olympus society and after they join the ESWAT. Olympus is presented as a utopia and it's AI system Gaia is shown to be tolerant towards other ideas. However to many of these ideas can cause the system to go rogue and this volume explores the flaws of Gaia. With this story point there is a lot of techno babble, but presents an interesting idea like The Terminator did with Skynet going rogue. With the ch...
