    Ann Martin was the owner, operator and head councilor of Romance, Inc. a firm that gave advice to the lovelorn, as such she was the eHarmony of Earth II.

    Okay, not really, Ann was just a framing mechanism for introducing conventional romance stories during Sensation’s short lived “all girl period,” before it was changed to an all mystery format featuring Johnny Peril, just before the comic was canceled.

    Ann herself was a matronly (for the comics) woman who deeply cared about all her clients sometimes going for as long as 4 years between vacations.
