    Origin

    Ananastasia was in FBI training when she dropped out, unable to complete the psychological training. She worked in security before an unknown offense and arrest. She worked as an exotic dancer after her release from jail, and later discovered a talent for tattoo artistry.

    Creation

    Anna's first appearance was in Deadpool #46, November 2000.

    Major Story Arcs

    Anna has caught the eye of several men, including some mobsters. Vincent Calabresse (one of the mobsters), gifted her with a full-time bodyguard while she was having a secret affair with Officer Fred Pierson. Anna and Pierson intended to use Deadpool to eliminate Pierson's wife, collect on her insurance police and get rid of all the unwanted attention from Anna's mob suitors. Several double-crosses between Pierson, the bodyguard, and Calabresse later, Anna gives Deadpool her gun in a show of trust, and he shoots her with it.

    Powers and Abilities

    Anna has no super-human powers or abilities. She's a savvy street fighter and is experienced with handguns.
