    Alpha Flight defeats Pestilence, but Snowbird's child is taken with Pestilence when he flees into the Earth. Shaman dons the tiara worn by his daughter and becomes the new Talisman, intent on finding Pestilence and either destroying him or saving Snowbird's child.

    Puck Part 34: Alpha Flight #38 0

    Puck faces old enemies and meets a new teammate (sort of).  After falling through the ice last issue, Judd returns to the surface and pulls Pestilence into the water. That doesn’t stop the villain, but it does buy the Alphans time to regroup. Pestilence responds by summoning the Great Beasts, who attack. Judd witnesses Shaman don the headpiece of Talisman and banish the Beasts as the new Binder of Spirits. Pestilence escapes, and Judd pilots the team back to their mansion headquarters.  Notes of...
