    Powers and Abilities

In Dragonball Devilman is one of the most powerful fighters that Goku faces up to that point in the series. Devilman is a demon and has access to a variety of magical powers and energy attacks making him a powerful opponent. Devilman is normally the most powerful fighter employed by Fortuneteller Baba though he was bumped down a rank by Grandpa Gohan during the Fortuneteller Baba arc.

    Techniques

Devilmite Beam - Devilman's ultimate attack and quite possibly one of the most powerful moves in the Dragonball series as a whole(Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT). The devilmite beam is a swirling pink beam fired from the finger tips that will cause any and all negative emotions to swell and cause the target to explode. The only person that this technique failed against was Goku since he was pure of heart and had no negative emotions to take advantage of.

Flight - Through a combination of energy and his wings, Devilman is capable of self propelled flight.

Fork Rush - A rush technique where Devilman impales his opponent on his trident.

Kaikosen - A magical attack where Devilman ensnares his opponents in an electrical field to stun them for a further attack. Devilman usually combines this with the Devilmite Beam to ensure a direct hit.

Magic Materialization - Devilman is able to generate matter via magic to create objects. He uses this to create a trident to battle Goku.

In game Devilman is the only character to have a move that's power is determined by who he is fighting. The Devilmite beam will do massive damage to all past and present villains and even outright one shot Evil Buu, Janemba, Omega Shenron, and Hirudegarn. Some characters are immune like Goku, though transformations will make them susceptible. Devilman has special dialogue with Dabura where he tries to overthrow him as the king of hell.
