    1. Superboy, Millionaire: (superboy) Martha's previously unmentioned brother Kendall who is a millionaire (and for some reason didn't take him in when the Kents were thought dead several stories back) is set on adopting Clark and abruptly leaves when Clark refuses to leave his parents. just after that Superboy must save his uncle from getting in a car wreck but when Clark checks on him Kendall is so shaken up that he thinks Clark agreed to be adopted and the doctor tells Clark to humor him or he may lose balance completely. so Clark goes with his uncle, letting only his parents know the truth. he is given a servent who won't let him do anything for himself to the point that when Clark makes up an excuse to get him out of the room for a few minutes so he can fly off and save 2 ships this guy chides him for opening the window himself. on the plus side, he is given a weekly allowance of $1,000 (in 1950, this would be just under $12,000 in 2022 money). his friends at school think he sold out and when he invites them to his new home he is told to get rid of them because his uncle had arranged for him to go on a fox hunt with the sons of some of his club members. eventually, Superboy arranged for his uncle to have a similar shock which brought him out of his delusion so he remembered that Clark had refused to be adopted.
    2. The Testing of Johnny Quick: (Johnny Quick) the story of how before giving Johnny the formula we usually see him use the professor tested him with a temporary formula that he also gave to a man who used it for crime.
    3. Shorty: (humor strip) after falling on his but while ice skating Shorty ties a pillow to his waist before going back out on the ice and falling forward.
    4. Knight of the Future: (Shining Knight) Merlin makes a mistake when summoning Sir Justen back to Camelot, instead sending him and Sir Butch to the year 3450.
