He should be. He's got the power to keep both universes from merging imto one. I dont know if he's recognized as cannon or not. Again he should be. I would love a year long dc/marvel mega monster crossover cause something happened to Acces and the universes merged into one(not that marvel vs dc crap either, but a well written comic oddesy)
