    1...2... Freddy's Review

I don't care what some critque's think this was a good film. Allot better than most horror films and probably the best I have seen. The movie starts off with Freddy killing kids that knew him in the past as a gardener at an elementary school. Freddy was kid friendly ,allitle too kid friendly. The kids told their parents of Freddy malesting them and parents and police cornered the killer in the building and burnt it down Freddy comes back as a spirit that terrorizes the children he knew at the school in their dreams and murderers them. That's the origin of Freddy Krueger and now let me tell you of more of my opinion on the film. Compared to other horror films the acting was pretty good. You had more sympathy for the teenagers in this film because these teenagers wern't for the most part a bunch of unruly punks that you kind of wanted to die like in most horror films. I was pretty clean for a horror film in the lines of it didn't have any unnesessary sexual content in the film which is one thing I dislike about other horror films. Jackie Earle Haley played the part of Freddy Krueger very well possibly outdoing Robert Englund. I give this film 3 and 1/2 stars. I enjoyed it ; it was exciting and a good treat. Sweet dreams or nightmares whichever you prefer.

I for one am not always open minded about remakes, I have seen some classic re inventing of an old story, Halloween glowed with Rob’s treatment (until you watch the second one) and I am almost certain the Rodrigueze’s version of Predators but there have been ...

When I write this review, I'll be coming at it as a casual fan of Nightmare on Elm Street. When I say a casual fan, I mean someone who's  a horror fan and has seen the original Nightmare on Elm Street and enjoyed it, but none of the sequels (although I've seen clips from reviews). The original to me is a classic horror movie, while now it may not be very scary because of the age of the film, that doesn't mean it isn't entertaining. Robert Englund as Freddy Krueger is always fun to watch, even wh...
